Just about ready for the field...

Good looking plugs, ready to go!

Special trailer frame for hauling plug trays to the field.

The 4 row Mechanical Transplanter unit is great for setting about 3 acres of transplants per day.

Established transplants growing well.

Growing on.. harvest is just a few weeks away.

This cauliflower looks great!

Harvested cole crops are brought to the packing shed for grading, cooling and packaging.

Final inspection: only the best is acceptable.

Slush ice to remove heat, plastic strapping to keep the boxes closed, and a refrigerated truck to keep the product cold on its way to market.

A full load of broccoli is 22 pallets x 28 cases = 616 cases.
616 cases x 10 kg = 6160 kg (approx. 13,600 lbs) (plus ice).
